CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland Division of Police is looking for the car and driver responsible for causing serious injuries during a hit-skip.

Cleveland police Sgt. Wilfredo Diaz says investigators last observed the small red-colored SUV traveling south on W. 146th Street from Lakota Avenue following the crash, which occurred in front of a home in the 3800 block of W. 146th Street at around 9 p.m. on March 21.

Diaz says the vehicle is likely to have sustained damage to the front grill and/or bumper.
