Riley Strain's body was discovered in Cumberland River

The college senior was in the city with his Delta Chi fraternity brothers for their spring formal when he went missing after being asked to leave Luke Bryan's Nashville bar, 32 Bridge Food + Drink.

According to a statement from TC Restaurant Group, which owns the establishment, Strain was escorted out around 9.35 pm. After leaving the bar alone, Strain was captured on surveillance footage crossing the street with a group and briefly interacting with a police officer, who asked if he was alright.

Strain responded, "I'm good, how are you?" before continuing on his way. Tragically, this would be the last known sighting of the young man.

Following an extensive search effort involving law enforcement and countless volunteers, Strain's body was discovered in the Cumberland River on March 22, approximately eight miles from downtown Nashville. Authorities stated that no foul play was suspected, pending further autopsy results.
