BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man was arrested in connection with a July 4, 2023 fatal shooting on Warring Avenue, the Buffalo Police Department announced Friday.

Police said 27-year-old Lamarrio Clark allegedly shot 28-year-old Corbin Kinsey multiple times around 5 p.m. on the first block of Warring. The victim was found in the street with gunshot wounds and was later declared deceased after being taken to ECMC.

Clark was charged with second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to police.
