Notes: The Oilers return home for the first time since March 3. Tulsa has eight games left in the regular season — the first five against Wichita and last three against Allen. The Oilers and Utah (61 points) have an edge over Allen (57), Rapid City (55) and Wichita in a five-way battle for the final two Mountain playoff spots. ... Tulsa is coming off a 1-1-1 series at Idaho. The Oilers won 4-1 last Friday as Julian Junca stopped 37 of 38 shots and had an assist. Idaho then routed Tulsa 10-1 on Saturday. Alec Butcher had Tulsa’s goal. Butcher also had a goal in a 3-2 overtime loss in the series opener. Last month, Tulsa set its team ECHL scoring record in a 10-4 win over Idaho. ... On Tuesday, the Oilers signed two rookies — forward Tyson Greenway and defenseman Jaden Shields. Greenway’s cousin, Jordan, plays for the NHL’s Buffalo Sabres, and another cousin, J.D., plays in the ECHL with Greenville. Tyson Greenway recorded 99 points with 47 goals in 259 WHL games, 210 with the Tri-City Americans and 49 games with the Calgary Hitmen over the past five seasons. Shields, 24, played the past four seasons with Adrian (Michigan) College. He had 121 points with 97 assists in 110 career games. Last week, Tulsa acquired forward Austin Albrecht from the Maine Mariners and rookie forward Shaun Miller from the Cincinnati Cyclones, with future considerations going to both teams in return. Albrecht, 27, had six goals, 21 points and 78 penalty minutes in 44 games for Maine. He had a goal against Tulsa in a game late last season. Miller had four assists in 15 games for Cincinnati after spending three college seasons in Canada with Dalhousie, recording 61 points in 67 games. The Oilers released forward Reggie Millette, who had two assists in 34 games.
