HOUSTON (KIAH) — Police are looking for any leads into a shooting outside a popular sports bar that sent a man to the hospital in serious condition.

Houston police said the man was shot multiple times in the parking lot at the corner of Beechnut Street and the Southwest Freeway.

The shooting happened overnight around 1 a.m. Sunday morning. Police said they have no witnesses to the shooting at this time but did mention a gray or tan sedan may have left the scene shortly after the shooting.
