HOUSTON (KIAH) — A man wanted for a murder almost nine years ago is still on the loose, Houston police said.

On Friday, November 6, 2015, fugitive Jonathan Figueroa was involved in a shooting in the 7800 block of Elvera Street in Houston. During the crime, Figueroa broke into the residence with an assault rifle and started shooting. As a result, one child and one adult were struck by the gunfire.

Crime Stoppers and Houston Police Department’s homicide division is asking for the public’s help in finding Figueroa who is wanted for capital murder. Figueroa is a 32-year-old, Hispanic male that’s 6 feet tall, 200 pounds with brown eyes.
