MERIDIAN, Idaho (CBS2) — Outdoor sporting goods store SCHEELS is coming to Meridian on April 6. Whether you're looking for outdoor sports equipment, interactive attractions, food, or clothes, they've got you covered.

"There's something for everyone. We truly have the best brands, the best partners, and we're really excited to share that with our community," said SCHEELS Assistant Store Leader Dane Iverson. "Bring the whole family!"

From their giant fish tank, to their Ferris wheel, to their candy shop, there is a lot to see in SCHEELS' 36,000-square-foot store. However, Iverson focused specifically on their women's and men's fashion departments.

"We've got everything in our men's athletic department, which will carry brands like Nike, UNRL, Vuori. When we move into our men's fashion department, it's stuff like Mizzen + Main, Seven Diamonds, all the way down to the accessories with cologne and ties," said Iverson.

Iverson says you can expect to shop a wide range of price points at SCHEELS.

"We partner with the best brands in the industry but we also partner with some of those brands that are more price-conscious, just to bring that full selection to everyone. Not only will we have the really high-end stuff, but we'll also have kind of that middle-of-the-road and lower-end, just to hit every price point for every customer that comes in our store," said Iverson.

SCHEELS has an extensive selection for women as well as men.

"Women's will carry the same brands in a wider selection. You can shop anything from your athletic brands, athletic shoes, all the way to going out to dinner with friends and having a girl's night out, to formal events like weddings," said Iverson.

Iverson says SCHEELS employees are passionate about getting customers the products that are right for them.

"We're not here to sell you the most expensive thing, we're here to sell you what's going to make your experience the best because your experience doesn't stop when you leave SCHEELS. You're going to go out, you're going to use the items that you bought with us," said Iverson.

SCHEELS also has a home decor store.

"We have upholstered furniture which is customizable, so you don't necessarily have to purchase something off the floor, you can special order, choose your fabrics, choose your styles," said SCHEELS Home Decor Store Manager Carrie Jakel. "We've got an array of home scents with different candles, so home decor has got a little bit of everything."

SCHEELS is located at 700 S Wayfinder Ave, Meridian, ID 83642. Their doors open at 9:30 am on Saturday, April 6.
