This loan company is a rip off!! I would never recommend this loan company to nobody! Very disappointed! They're too high on interest rates. Way too high. When you think you pay down on a long you still have a lot of remaining to have to owe. It's not worth the money and it ain't worth the time.

I don't ever recommend getting a payday loan so avoid it if at all possible. But if you decide that you are going to get a payday loan in the state of Michigan...Then your first choice should be these guys and if you have the ability... I highly recommend to go through the easy process of setting up your account so that all deposits and withdraws are completed directly through your bank debit card (if you have one). The other ways to register are also very are easy but the debit card option is way too convenient and streamlined in my opinion.

Had been dealing with Advance America for 10 years in Florida. Move to Alabama. Needed a loan. Went to Mississippi to get loan. Come to find out I will be paying back this till September even when taking payments every 2 weeks. This is straight wrong. Feel like I'm being taken advantage of.

These guys are crooks. Do not take a loan or a line of credit from them. Will not work with you and they are fraudulent. I highly suggest to stay away. Stay far away. I will never ever work with these guys. Total crooks.

I have been doing business with Advance America for years. Every month I always take a payday loan out and pay it off when we get our social security. I have to take it back out so that we can pay our bill. Somehow I accidentally must have hit the three month term. I took it out on September 31 and supposedly was gonna pay 555 like I always do on Nov 3rd. Today on Oct 31 check to make sure the due day was not before the third and notice it was only gonna take a little over 300 out. So I called them and try to fix it. Asked if they could look through their records where I had been a loyal customer and try to fix this one time.

I made this loan by phone, and have given them the new #, I have 2 more payments of 564.51, and when I call 8775050701, I can't get through on by phone or online to make my last 2 payments. I have been paying my payments on time. I don't know what else to do.

My husband and I took out a small loan of $200. To repay it back, my husband agree for the company to take $20 out of his account every other week. So after the loan was paid back, Advance America continues to take $20 out of my husband’s account. As of right now, they have overcharge my husband by $80. When I called customer service, they wouldn’t talk to me even though I am on the account. My phone number is the number we put down because I am easier to get ahold of. Plus, their customer service skills in that call center are a joke. First of all, he wouldn’t even look up the account number or help me in anyway. He said my husband had to be here and I asked why and he couldn’t give me an answer. He kept repeating himself over and over again. This company is not trustworthy. I know our loan was small but if they continue to take out $20, just think how much more they could take out with an even bigger loan?

Advance America is a great place to get extra help when you need it. I've used them many times over the past 6 years, they have gotten a bad rap here lately. If you have a hard time managing your finances then don't go to advance america with unrealistic ideas, advance america is a company just like any other company and they need to make money in order to stay in business, if you check around you won't find a better business for short terms loans like advance america has, they are upfront with there pricing (cheapest prices I've found). People have to be responsible for how they use their money. It's not advance America's job to do that, so if you know you can't pay the price Don't get a loan! I highly recommend advance america that are wonderful to work with, just use your common sense. They started this company to make money (not friends) so if you understand that going in you will have a great business minded relationship with them.

If you're not late all is fine. Except high interest on short term loans. Don't use anything other than direct deposit. The card is a scam for more hidden fees. Interest is 55.00 on 445.00 loan for 30 days. I got stuck. Paying out each month to the total of 655.00 a year. Only way out was to not pay and do payments on my own terms. They are real hostile. And threatening. Belittling bunch of wanna be tough guys juvenile delinquents. Treat great customers like trash. Try to bully you into payment agreements you can't make. I was vulnerable at the time and only intended a one time deal. 2 1/2 years later I could of done a lot with the 2000.00 or so dollars I wasted on interest. I even had to ask my landlord for a little patience on one week's rent to get out of the jam I was in. Now I can pay it off. And no more -55 month just to have shelter. I almost ended up on the street. My parents covered my week behind rent from their retirement fund. Just not a good experience.
