BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — “Folks, there are not enough homes on the market in Bismarck-Mandan, Lincoln, and the surrounding areas,” said Jeff White, a local realtor and co-host of Studio 701.
Once again the number of active listings has declined this week to 170. White added that the market is picking up fast and he speculates that it will only pick up more steam as interest rates drop. If you are considering selling your home, now is the time as it is a seller’s market.
