The man who allegedly held up a 7-11 store on South Maryland Avenue on Saturday night, March 23, 2024, is under arrest.
Delaware State Police said they arrested 38-year old Marvin Hill at his home on Wednesday morning without incident.
Hill is accused of pointing a gun at the workers in the store and taking money from the register.
He's being held at Howard Young Correctional Institution on $186,000 cash bond on the following charges:
- Robbery First Degree – 2 counts
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony
