GloRilla takes her “litness” very seriously, but now fans see she has an equal emphasis on her fitness. The Memphis rapper shared a workout video on social media to show she is ready to hit the road with Megan Thee Stallion for the Hot Girl Summer Tour (see tickets here).

The 24-year-old rapper does dumbbell squats, bicep curls, shoulder presses, dumbbell-assisted sit-ups, and leg raises in the Instagram video. “Getting ready for da Hot girl summer tour like *sunglasses emoji* @theestallion what we doing??????? *three eye emojis*,” she wrote in the caption.

The Houston Hottie commented on the post, saying, “Lol what we doingggg.” They will tour together starting on May 14 at Target Center in Minneapolis. Big Glo will be on 22 of the 33 shows, skipping out on Meg’s festival performances and the overseas leg of the tour. Check out the Instagram video and tour dates below.

GloRilla also included an unreleased record in the video where she raps about putting work in at the gym, saying there “ain’t no bi**h” in her and calling men “bi**hes.” She used the same track to promote her forthcoming mixing EhhThang EhhThang which will be out on April 5.

This is strong timing for the Grammy nominee to release a project given the forthcoming tour and the success of her latest single “Yeah Glo!” It has become a popular track over social media and at sporting events, with LeBron James even posting a video singing and dancing to it back in February. GloRilla later attended a Los Angeles Lakers game and they got a photo together.

“Yeah Glo!” currently sits at No. 41 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking her first and highest solo chart entry.

GloRilla has also been getting active in the political space. Earlier this month, she attended The White House for a Women’s History Month event and shared a selfie video with President Joe Biden. The Anyways, Life’s Great artist cleverly remixed “Yeah Glo!” into “Yeah Joe!” but Biden seemingly didn’t understand the reference.

Around a week later, Big Glo appeared on CNN for an interview. She expressed her excitement about meeting Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris but hit the spin move when she was asked about endorsements or mobilizing voters. “That ain’t got nothing to do with me,” she said before referencing Jill Scott’s classic 2004 record. “I’m just living my life like it’s golden […] I’m not gonna talk politics, I love the president, I love everybody. But at the end of the day, the day gotta end.”
