Helen T. Hammerschmidt

Helen Hammerschmidt, age 91, of Stevens Point, WI died on February 22, 2024.

Helen was born July 11, 1932 in Wisconsin Dells, WI to the late Peter J Paulson and Margaret (Cavanaugh). Helen grew up in Wisconsin Dells, WI where she attended Wisconsin Dells High School and later married Robert Hammerschmidt on February 23rd 1954. Helen enjoyed sewing and gardening.

Survivors include her sons, Tom, Jim (spouse Diane), Paul (spouse Linda); grandchildren, Mariah and Alyssa Hammerschmidt; great grandchild, Caden Tesch; nieces, nephews and extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her Husband Robert Hammerschmidt; sisters, Irene Cavanaugh, Mary (Mosser), Evelyn (Jermier) and Rita (Collingwood).

A time of visitation and remembrance will be held Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. at Boston Funeral Home located at 1649 Briggs St. Stevens Point, WI. 54481.
