UPDATE: A JURY HAS BEEN SEATED IN THE JAMES CRUMBLEY TRIAL

Day two of jury selection is underway in the case of James Crumbley, father of the Oxford High School shooter.

James is facing four counts of involuntary manslaughter for the deaths of Tate Myre, Madisyn Baldwin, Hana St. Juliana and Justin Shilling.

James Crumbley's wife, Jennifer, was found guilty of those same charges last month. She will be sentenced in April.

This week, more than 300 potential jurors faced tough questions from the judge and attorneys to ensure an unbiased jury.

Today several more were dismissed.

Among the jurors still being considered: a retired nurse and an insurance broker with kids.

The prosecution is expected to argue that James bears some responsibility for the shooting, because he is the one who bought the gun — and failed to properly secure it.

He is also accused of ignoring warning signs his son exhibited.

The judge is stressing to potential jurors that this is not an argument about gun rights. It's just about the facts in this one case.

Right now, it's unclear how long it will take to seat a jury.
