STILL IN NEBRASKA TODAY. I. WAS GOVERNOR, JOINS NEBRASKA’S IN CENTER GUARD MEMBERS TO THE SOUTHERN BORDER. IN A NEWS RELEASE, GOVERNOR KIM REYNOLDS SAYS THE IOWA NATIONAL GUARD WILL SEND TWO MISSIONS TO SUPPORT OPERATION LONE STAR. 110 PERSONNEL WILL LEAVE APRIL 1ST TO SUPPORT THE OPERATION. THEY’LL RETURN MAY 3RD, FIVE OTHER PEOPLE PROVIDING VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS SUPPORT WILL LEAVE FROM APRIL THROUGH SEPTEMBER. Iowa's governor joined Nebraska in sending more National Guard members to the southern border.In a news release, Kim Reynolds said the Iowa National Guard will send two missions to support Operation Lone Star.Over 100 personnel will leave on April 1 to support the operation, and they will return on May 3.Five other people, providing vehicle maintenance and public affairs support will leave from April, and they will not return until September.The Iowa Department of Public Safety is also sending eight troopers and two sergeants to the border on March 31.This came after Nebraska Gov. In a news release, Kim Reynolds said the Iowa National Guard will send two missions to support Operation Lone Star.

Over 100 personnel will leave on April 1 to support the operation, and they will return on May 3.
