The U.S. Coast Guard has ended its search and rescue efforts for six people presumed dead

BALTIMORE, Md. – 10 News Anchor Rachel Lucas is in Baltimore, Maryland to bring you the latest updates on the Baltimore bridge collapse.

A cargo ship lost power and struck the Francis Scott Key Bridge early Tuesday, collapsing the bridge in seconds. At this time, two people have been rescued and six others are still missing, presumed dead.

Tuesday evening, the U.S. Coast Guard ended its search and rescue mission for the six missing people. Wednesday, Maryland State Police said two bodies were recovered from the water. Four others are presumed dead.
