City of Killeen asking for public input on Rancier Avenue Improvements Project

According to the City, the proposed plan includes construction of medians, turn lanes and much more.

KILLEEN, Texas — The City of Killeen's Engineering Division and TxDOT are asking for public input on the proposed Rancier Avenue Improvements Project. 

The project proposes the construction of medians, turn lanes, reduced through lanes, bike lanes, on-street parking and continuous sidewalks 

Through April 5, residents are encouraged to visit the City's engineering page. There, they can find the link to provide comments, concerns or suggestions, as well as an 11-minute informational video about the plan. 

Anyone with additional questions is asked to contact TxDOT at 254-867-2700 or the City of Killeen's Engineering Office at 254-616-3172.
