The dispute between the members and the Senior Vice President of the Vedvati society's Whatsapp group escalated to the level that the Senior Vice President left a dog behind two members and also attacked two persons.

The accused Ravikant Mishra is an assistant engineer in BSNL. Police have registered a case under sections 294, 506 and 323 of the IPC.

The complainant Brijkishore Mishra (55), resident of Vaidvati Colony, Avadhpuri, said that on March 15, at around 7 am, he was walking with Rajneesh Pandey, who lives in the colony. When Colony (Society) Senior Vice President Ravikant Mishra met and started abusing and when I refused to stop abusing, he started beating, Rajneesh Pandey intervened and Ravikant Mishra, who had a dog belt in his hand, intervened. First they unleashed the dog on us and later beat us with that belt.

In the incident due to this Rajneesh Pandey was beaten and got injured on the finger of right hand and other body parts and Rajneesh Pandey got injured on his head.

Meanwhile, other society members also came there and intervened and Ravikant Mishra was saying that if you say anything about us after today then I will leave today. I will kill you in future. In this incident we did not find any bite marks from the dog.

Brijkishore Mishra told that he is working on the post of Assistant Grade 3 in State Open School. About eight days ago, there was a discussion on a post on the WhatsApp group, after which Ravikant Mishra, the Senior Vice President nominated by the President of the Society, had issued a threat on the group itself, in which he had said that he will kill you , although he also deleted it after writing this.  After which he attacked on the morning of 15 March.
