This week were going to get motivated with a little health boost tip. While we all know that drinking water is incredibly important for our overall health, did you know that adding lemon to your water can take things to another level?

To start, adding lemon to your water gives you a boost of vitamin c which can help lower blood pressure and risk of cardiovascular disease. Vitamin C is also a nutrient that helps protect your body’s immune system. Next, adding lemon to your water helps with digestive health and can assist with cleansing your liver.

If those aren’t all great reasons, lemon water is also a good mix up to change your water flavor while you are hydrating yourself. Let’s get motivated this week!
