Celebrity Chef Ryan Scott Hosting Brunch at
Black Oak Casino Resort
Tuolumn, CA – The Tuolumne hil a are abundant with fresh mountain air and the scent of blooming flowers but there will be a new aroma – that of gourmet meals as celebrity chef Ryan Scott visits Black Oak Casino Resort for two days in March.

Chef Scott will be cooking a special dinner on Saturday, March 23 in Black Oak Casino’s Seven Sisters restaurant. Attendees to this by-reservation-only event will be treated to Scott’s custom, crowd-pleasing dishes. Dinner is $200 per person. In addition to the meal, guests will have the chance to meet Chef Scott and will receive a complimentary cookbook signed by him.
On Sunday, March 24, Chef Scott will be preparing brunch fare during two seatings, at 9am and
11:30am. Diners will delight in a unique menu created just for this event. This brunch is also by reservation only and is $75 per person.

Ryan Scott has worked at multiple Michelin Star restaurants and came to national prominence as a contestant on Top Chef. Since then, he has been a frequent guest on NBC’s Today Show, the Rachel Ray Show, and Paramount Network TV’s Bar Rescue, as well as numerous appearances on popular network television shows.

Scott is the author of two best-selling books, “One to Five” and “The No-Fuss Family Cookbook”. He has hosted the nationally syndicated Ryan Scott Show on the San Francisco Bay Area’s KGO 810 for over six years, and hosted his Emmy-award winning show, Food Rush, on ABC’s Live Well Network which is now in syndication.
