As part of a push to create a unified experience across all of its digital platforms, Jersey Mike’s Subs is rolling out a website refresh.

Built to visually mimic the Manasquan-based fast casual sandwich chain’s app, the redesigned site offers enhanced features, like streamlined order flow, integrated delivery and access to promotional offers.

Launched just in time for the franchise’s 14th annual Month of Giving campaign in March, the site also accepts donations for Jersey Mike’s partner charities to match contributions being made in-store and via the app, according to Scott Scherer, the company’s chief information officer.

As with the app, Jersey Mike’s marketing team can now quickly customize and scale promotional offers, such as announcing Double Points Day or the Month of Giving initiative.

Commenting on the redesign, Jersey Mike’s Chief Marketing Officer Rich Hope said, “We shape our digital decisions around real-world experience in our stores and how our crews interact with our customers when they order their favorite sub sandwich.”

“Whether joining us in our restaurants or through our app or online, we want to ensure our customers have a seamless, authentic experience,” Hope said.

In addition to ordering their favorite sandwiches and scoring special offers, guests can continue to use the website to find their closest store, order catering, access their customer loyalty account and search for nutritional information. The website also sells Jersey Mike’s gift cards and branded merchandise.

Founded in 1956, Jersey Mike’s started out a small sandwich shop in Point Pleasant and is now one of the fastest-growing quick service restaurants in the U.S., with more than 3,000 locations.
