Fatal crash shuts down westbound lanes on Gandy Boulevard near bridge
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — A crash has shut down westbound lanes on Gandy Boulevard near the bridge, according to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
The crash happened at 12030 Gandy Boulevard N. near The Getaway restaurant.
Information about the number of those involved or the extent of their injuries has not been made available, but FHP lists the crash as fatal.
Images captured by Eagle 8 show what appears to be a truck flipped onto its roof and a red convertible car with heavy damage nearby.
