What channel is Michigan vs. Nebraska basketball on today? Time, TV schedule for Big Ten game
What has been a trying season for Michigan basketball will, barring an unexpected run to the Big Ten Tournament title next week, come to an end in a matter of days.
The Wolverines will play their regular-season finale on Sunday against Nebraska at the Crisler Center in Ann Arbor, a matchup that will come with drastically different kinds of implications for both teams.
For Michigan, which sits in last place in the Big Ten standings at 8-22 overall and 3-16 in conference play, is one defeat away from setting a program record for losses in a season, with 23. Michigan has lost 20 or more games just three other times in program history, most recently in 2007-08, when it went 10-22 in coach John Beilein’s first season.

Heading into Sunday’s contest, the Wolverines have lost seven games in a row, only one of which — oddly enough, against No. 3 Purdue — was decided by fewer than 10 points. Since a Dec. 16 victory against Eastern Michigan, Michigan has gone 2-17, raising questions about coach Juwan Howard’s future at a school where he was a star player from 1991-94 and where he went 42-17 in his first two seasons as a coach.
His team will face off against a determined and motivated opponent. At 21-9 overall and 11-8 in Big Ten play, Nebraska is on the precipice of its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2014. While it’s comfortably in the tournament field based on recent projections, the Cornhuskers need a strong finish that’s just as much about avoiding any damaging losses than picking up any more big wins. Michigan, at No. 129 in the NET rankings Friday, would qualify as a Quad 2 game for Nebraska.
The two teams played only one month ago, with the Cornhuskers routing the visiting Wolverines 79-59. Here's everything you need to know about the game, including time, date, TV and streaming info, and more:
