Chloe Madeley and her estranged husband James Haskell looked happy and relaxed as they reunited for a cosy lunch with their daughter Bodhi.

The daughter of Richard Madeley, 36, and the former rugby player, 38, married in 2018 following a four-year romance and were viewed as reality TV's golden couple. However, fans were shocked when they announced they had broken up - with the news emerging while a documentary series about their life, titled A Family Affair, was airing on ITV.

Despite going their separate ways, the duo have been setting aside their differences to co-parent their one-year-old daughter Bodhi. On Monday, Chloe took to her Instagram page to share a carousel of photos from the family's lunch date with her 297,000 followers. The trio were joined by Chloe's dad and Good Morning Britain star Richard.

In one photo, James, Chloe and Bodhi were kneeling on the ground on the pavement as they smiled and posed for the camera. Another showed Richard with his arm around his daughter's shoulder while she threw up a peace sign and pouted as they sat at the restaurant table.

Chloe also posted a black-and-white video of James and Bodhi joking around at the table as well as snaps of the little one enjoying the play area. Fans rushed to the comment section to compliment the duo on their excellent co-parenting skills. One user said: "Such love in these pictures, can’t believe how much Bodhi is changing, little sweetheart."

"Well done on keeping the family unit strong. I don’t know your in-depth circumstances of course but doing better than others I know of separated, lovely to see a happy little girl with her parents. Hope that’s ok to say!" another impressed fan commented. Another complimented: "She’s just so cute! What a gorgeous little girl."

Chloe appeared on Loose Women in January and discussed the end of her marriage. She said: "I always say this. If you think of a relationship, you have pillars in place that keep the relationship up, whether that's respect or kind of affection or trust and all these things. And all of our pillars - over time, it didn't just happen - over time, they kind of disintegrated. I think when that happens, there is no rebuilding.

“But we're great friends. He's the most incredible dad... Since we parted ways, our relationship has become very respectful. We love each other as friends, but we lost the ability for it to be more." Chloe added that she was glad her soon-to-be ex-husband had jobs that kept him out of the house.
