CM inspects PM rally venue

Unseasonal rains in Nagpur district forced Chief Minister Eknath Shinde to rush there to inspect the venue of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public rally in support of Shiv Sena candidate in Ramtek constituency. Shinde visited the spot Tuesday night to ensure that everything was in place and the public rally goes on smoothly on Wednesday.

MNS general secy resigns

Very few people knew Kirtikumar Shinde as MNS General Secretary before Wednesday. But he rose to fame after resigning from the party as its chief Raj Thackeray extended unconditional support to PM Narendra Modi in the upcoming election. Shinde, who worked off camera, researching & identifying issues that the party will work on, did not appreciate Thackeray’s changed stand. In his resignation letter he even questioned that leaders are at liberty to change their stand, but what will happen to workers to follow them based on their earlier stand.
