Takeaway of the Day
The gusty wind pattern from the weekend has carried over into the beginning of this week. Today has been sunny and mild with inland temperatures in the mid 70s, but this late April "warmth" has been accompanied by wind gusts ranging from 30 to 40 miles per hour.
Very little change is expected tomorrow, the final day in the month of April.
The Look Ahead
Calmer and much warmer weather is right around the corner! Wednesday, the first day of May, will bring sunny skies, rising temperatures, and much lighter winds.
This more typical spring pattern will continue through the end of the week, but this coming weekend will bring increasing clouds, a sharp drop in temperatures, and a very slight chance of light rain. Stay tuned.
