Spring may have sprung but that doesn’t mean it’s done snowing in Colorado.
A storm system Monday evening is expected to being a mix of rain and snow to the plains, while the northern mountains could see as much as six inches, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
The southern foothill and Palmer Divide could see light to moderate snow showers, with an accumulation between 1 and 5 inches, forecasters said.
Denver is not expected to see much, if any, accumulation.
