(Cleveland)- The April term of the White County Grand Jury was convened this week to address a variety of criminal cases presented to them. The grand jury approved 42 true bills of indictments during two days of work.
The grand jury indicted 49-year-old Kevin Brian Grizzle on two counts of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of sexual battery against a child under the age of 16, and four counts of child molestation. Grizzle was arrested on November 6, 2023, by the White County Sheriff’s Office.
The jury also indicted Nicholas Adam Eldridge age 25 of Cleveland on two counts of cruelty to children in the second degree. Eldridge was arrested on May 12, 2023, by White County Sheriff’s Office.
The grand jury made their findings known in White County Superior Court on April 9th.
