Kristen Stewart's fiancée Dylan Meyer wishes actress a happy 34th birthday in romantic message: 'I don't know how I got so lucky but I like really really love you'

Kristen Stewart's fiancée Dylan Meyer took to Instagram Tuesday with a romantic birthday message for her partner.

Meyer, 36, took to Instagram on Tuesday evening with a touching tribute for her partner, as the Twilight actress turned 34.

'Happy birthday to this dash of hot sauce, my favorite person here on planet earth,' said Meyer, who began dating the Oscar-nominated actress in 2019, and got engaged to her in 2021.

Meyer, who's worked as an actress and writer in Hollywood, posted a Polaroid image of the Love Lies Bleeding star sitting upright in a bed with a white cat in front of her.

'You’re like finding five bucks in your pocket, like the drum solo in Phil Collins’s In the Air Tonight, like a friendly cat on the street,' Meyer said.

Meyer, whose father is veteran Star Trek screenwriter Nicholas Meyer, concluded the birthday message with a message of kindness for her partner.

'I don’t know how I got so lucky but I like really really love you and am wishing you a meteor shower of good stuff in the year to come,' she said. 'Get it, babe.'

Meyer has past acted on the TV show Homemade, the video Wrestling Isn't Wrestling and the short film The Death and Return of Superman. She has writing credits on movies such as Moxie, Rock Bottom and XOXO, and the TV series Miss 2059.

Stewart spoke with Howard Stern about initially crossing paths with Meyer on a film set in 2013, then running into one another years later.

'The day that I met her, it was like all bets were off,' Stewart said in the November 2019 appearance. 'I met her years ago on a movie and I hadn't seen her in six years, and then she rocked up at a friend's birthday party, and I was like, "Where have you been, and how have I not known you?"

She said their chemistry came naturally due to their similar backgrounds.

'She's been living in L.A. alongside my life somehow but not ever converging,' she said. 'We're both from L.A. and we really love L.A. We both felt like trolls as kids. We're like so similar but different. She's a writer. She's brilliant.'

Stewart expounded in further detail about her romance with Meyer in a Rolling Stone interview February 14, noting that their common interests helped support their relationship.

'I found the right person because I can be so obsessive about what I do,' she said. 'And luckily my girlfriend, my partner, we are into the same s***.

'We have taken the things that we’re spending our time on and interlocked them, and we’re so much f***ing smarter and stronger together. And you’re just like, "F***, that is the best."'

Stewart spoke in further depth about her relationship in a November 2021 interview with Stern, telling the King of All Media that Meyer had been the one to propose to her.

'It's not a given that I would be the one, you know what I mean?' Stewart said in the appearance. 'Like, with two girls, you never know, like, who's going to fulfill what weird f***ing gender role thing and we don't do that or think about it in those terms.

'So I was like, "Wait, well, I'm not the one for sure." And so I was kind of joking for a bit, like, "No, I want to be the one to propose, like, I want to be proposed to" and then she just grabbed that bowl and made it happen - it was f***ing so cute.'

Prior to Meyer, Stewart had been in romances with producer Alicia Cargile, 37, musical artist St. Vincent, 41, and model Stella Maxwell, 33.

Stewart's most recent project was the A24 crime thriller Love Lies Bleeding, directed by Rose Glass. The movie also starred Ed Harris, Dave Franco, Anna Baryshnikov and Jena Malone.

Stewart in the film played the role of a gym manager named Lou, who becomes romantically-involved with a female bodybuilder named Jackie (played by Katy O'Brian).

Stewart, whose parents Jules and John both have backgrounds in show business, initially began acting as a child star, with her first credit coming in the 1999 film The Thirteenth Year.

She had success with the 2002 David Fincher thriller Panic Room, in which she played Sarah Altman, the daughter of Jodie Foster’s character Meg Altman.

Stewart's career soared in 2008 with the hit Twilight, in which she played the role of Bella Swan opposite (now ex-boyfriend) Robert Pattinson's character Edward Cullen.

She would reprise the role in four sequels spanning 2008-2012: 2009's The Twilight Saga: New Moon, 2010's The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, 2011's The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 and 2012's The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2.
