WELL, THIS MORNING THE WORLD CONTINUING TO REACT TO THE DEATH OF OJ SIMPSON, HIS FAMILY ANNOUNCING THE 76 YEAR OLD DIED FROM PROSTATE CANCER WEDNESDAY NIGHT. SIMPSON WAS CONSIDERED ONE OF THE GREATEST RUNNING BACKS OF ALL TIME, BUT HIS FOOTBALL CAREER WAS OVERSHADOWED WHEN HE WENT TO THE TRIAL FOR THE MURDERS OF HIS EX-WIFE, NICOLE BROWN SIMPSON, AND HER FRIEND RON GOLD IN 1994. THE WORLD WATCHED AS SIMPSON WAS ACQUITTED OF MURDER. 13 YEARS LATER, A JURY CONVICTED HIM OF AN ARMED ROBBERY IN NEVADA. IN 2007, HE SERVED NINE YEARS BEFORE GETTING OUT ON PAROLE IN 2017. SEEN HERE IN FLORIDA, OJ SIMPSON ONCE OWNED A HOME IN KENDALL, BUT IT WAS FORECLOSED ON IN 2012. HE HAD A FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL AT THE TIME SAID SIMPSON WAS NOT WELCOME IN FLORIDA AFTER HE WAS RELEASED FROM PRISON FOR WHAT THAT ROBBERY CASE HAD HAPPENED IN NEVADA. SIMPSON ALSO FACED LEGAL ISSUES HERE IN SOUTH FLORIDA. HE WAS TRIED IN MIAMI DADE COUNTY IN 2001, WHEN HE WAS ACCUSED OF GRABBING THE GLASSES OFF A MAN WHO HONKED AT HIM FOR DRIVING THROUGH AN INTERSECTION. A
