There are three certainties in life: Death, taxes and Jomboy giving us a lip-reading video when New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone yells at an umpire.
We got our first 2024 edition of this on Friday, after Boone got ejected after defending Alex Verdugo, who was the victim of two bad strike calls in two separate at-bats, leading Boone to call out the ump — John Bacon — with a whole bunch of expletives involved, as you’d expect from him.
