Route 19 back open after tractor trailer flips

UPDATE: Wednesday, March 13, 2024 @ 2:28 AM | MERCER COUNTY, WV (WVNS) — According to WV 511, Route 19 is back open in the area of Dunns Road in Mercer County.

Drivers are still advised to travel with caution.

MERCER COUNTY, WV (WVNS) — Both lanes of Route 19 are closed after a tractor trailer flips over.

According to Mercer County Dispatch, a tractor trailer carrying wood flipped over on Route 19 going towards Mercer County.

The accident occurred in the area of Dunns Road and Beckley Road. Mercer County Dispatch stated that both lanes are closed on Route 19.

No deaths or injuries have been reported.
