The 27-year-old daughter of country singer Wynonna Judd, Grace Kelley, is facing an additional charge of soliciting prostitution after being arrested for allegedly exposing herself on a busy road in Alabama earlier this month.

Kelley was originally booked into the Elmore County Jail on April 5 on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations, according to sheriff's records.

Millbrook Police Chief P.K. Johnson told U.K. outlet the Daily Mail Kelley was holding a sign that read "A Ride for a Ride" while flashing her breasts and other intimate body parts on a busy highway.

Before the arrest, Johnson added that Kelley was hassling patrons at other businesses along the highway and told shoppers at a Circle K she had been robbed.

'"And when she made contact with our officers, she argued with them about the legality of what she was doing. And that it was not illegal for her to offer herself in exchange for rides," Johnson said.

Kelley remains in jail on a $2,000 bail that may increase due to the solicitation charges.

In 2016, Kelley was arrested for possession of meth and sentenced in 2018 to eight years in prison for leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program that violated her probation, PEOPLE reported.

After being released from jail in December 2022, Kelley was arrested again in May 2023 on charges of violating an order of protection and restraining order and violating parole, according to The Daily Beast.

She was once again jailed and reportedly released in October.

The matriarch of the family, Naomi Judd, passed away in April 2022 at 76.

Wynonna and Naomi were part of the Grammy-winning duo The Judds, who released six studio albums and an EP between 1984 and 1991 and won nine Country Music Association Awards and seven from the Academy of Country Music.
