A man was found fatally shot late Sunday night near St. Joseph's University, and authorities have launched a homicide investigation, as per officials. The 39-year-old victim, whose identity remains unreleased, was discovered at the intersection of City and Cardinal avenues with a gunshot wound around 11 p.m., according to FOX29.
