I-10 Eastbound lanes reopened after muti-vehicle crash

UPDATE: All I-10 Eastbound lanes have been cleared and reopened.

ORIGINAL STORY: LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — All lanes on I-10 Eastbound are closed after an accident with several vehicles and 18-wheelers.

An accident involving multiple 18-wheelers and several vehicles near Ambassador Caffery Parkway on I-10 Eastbound has closed all lanes. Injuries were reported, however, all were non-life-threatening, according to authorities.

Drivers are advised to avoid this area. All traffic Eastbound is being diverted onto Ambassador Caffery Parkway
