2025 college football recruiting class rankings: Top 25 schools

Icon Sportswire

There's still a long road ahead before finalizing the class of 2025, but with nearly one-third of the ESPN 300 committed, recruiting classes are starting to take shape. Ohio State, whose class already includes two five-star corners, leads a pack of familiar names at the top of the rankings out of the gate.

You'll also find some programs that don't normally crack the top 25 recruiting class rankings. Wake Forest, Syracuse under new head coach Fran Brown, and SMU are off to strong starts and sit among the nation's top classes.

Additional commitments, flips and coaching changes will ultimately shake these rankings up before the cycle is complete. However, the baseline for the 2025 cycle is set, and the race for the top classes in the country is in full swing.
