In a screenshot posted with the warning, a voicemail transcription explains how the scammers are tricking people into calling a false number and providing their information over the phone.

The scammers claim to be calling on behalf of the Simpson County Processing Servers Office.

The SCSO says they will never contact you about court papers via phone and recommend that people hang up on the scammers.
