A 17-year-old boy was shot multiple times in southwest Baltimore, police said.City police said officers were in the 3900 block of Franklin Street around 8:35 p.m. Tuesday when they heard gunshots.Police said officers found a teenager suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.
