Mexican restaurant opens on South Prince Street
Apr. 2—A new restaurant serving Mexican food has opened on South Prince Street.
El Buen Sazon, owned and operated by Arturo and Alina Anchondo is at 3120 S. Prince St. south of Clovis.
"Our specialties are tacos and hamburgers," Alina said.
The Anchondo's menu lists a variety of meats for the tacos: Carne asada or grilled beef, pastor which is marinated pork, tripas or tripe, Alambre which is a mixture of meat with bell pepper, bacon and onion and Buche or stomach pork with chorizo.
El Buen Sazon is open Wednesday through Saturday from noon to 9 p.m.
