KENT, Ohio – Forty-two student designers will show off 163 looks at 2024 Annual Fashion Shows at Kent State University’s School of Fashion April 25-27. The three shows will take place in the Kent Student Center Ballroom on the Kent Campus. They close the school’s April 21-27 Fashion Week.
These garments are considered the best of the best. Starting in fall, students work with designers-in-residence work to refine their garments and collections. Industry critics are also brought in to view and critique the students’ work. Then, a panel of industry critics and jurors chose garments for the show. They span categories including evening wear, market ready, universal design and more.
