NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Connecticut’s Morning Buzz Host Natasha Lubczenko recently met with Executive Chef and Director of Operations Robert Bayette and Business Development Manager Ted Redos from HubSpoke Kitchen in Wallingford, to discuss their unique dining concept. Robert explained, “We have 6 brands housed in one restaurant, with our main focus on Wayback Burgers. HubSpoke Kitchen was born out of the desire to offer diverse dining options in one convenient location.” The team considers themselves “a collection of your favorite restaurants all assembled in a one-stop hub for takeout and delivery.”

In their first year, HubSpoke Kitchen has been thriving, offering customers a wide array of choices. Ted emphasized their commitment to quality food and convenience, stating, “The drive is to have people have lots of choices, so with the six brands, you can choose one of anything you like, and it appeals to multiple people.”

The restaurant boasts a variety of options, including:

  • Molte Pizze: New York style pizza, Detroit style pizza, and Neopolitan.
  • Uncle Willie’s Wood-Smoked BBQ: Featuring brisket and pulled pork, all done in-house.
  • Pane & Mozz: Massive focaccia sandwiches or sub rolls, with all bread made in-house and a multitude of choices for what to put inside. Also, amazing signature salads or craft your own options. Plus, soups, sides and desserts.
