A fatal crash happened on Friday around 7 P.M. in Yukon.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) officials reported that the crash happened on I-40 eastbound at Czech Hall Rd. in Yukon.

Three vehicles were involved in the crash, including, a 2016 Freightliner Semi driven by 38-year-old Oleg Dimov, a 2013 Hyundai Sonata driven by 42-year-old Ronald Perez-Medina, and a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer driven by 27-year-old Arron Whiteman with 24-year-old Creed Felton as a passenger.

OHP reported that the Mitsubishi was stopped on the outside shoulder due to a crash in the road, and the Hyundai slowed down for the crash. The Freightliner hit the rear of the Hyundai, which caused it to exit the road and hit the Mitsubishi.

All vehicles came to rest on the outside embankment and Felton was reportedly pinned for an unknown amount of time.

OHP reported that Dimov was not injured.

Perez-Medina was taken to Baptist Hospital and admitted in critical condition with trunk injuries.

Whiteman was taken to OU Medical and admitted in critical condition with trunk injuries.

Felton was pronounced deceased at the scene due to his injuries.

OHP said the cause of the crash is under investigation.
