HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Starting Friday, Hawaii’s medical marijuana dispensaries will be allowed to sell pre-rolled cannabis flower products like joints.

The Governor-approved change comes just a day after state lawmakers killed a bill to legalize recreational marijuana.

The change is also in line with a comment from the Governor, who told us he’d push to ease the state’s rules for medical marijuana so doctors could prescribe it to registered cardholders.
