Crane collapses at construction site at Walmart headquarters in Bentonville

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A crane collapsed at a construction site at Walmart’s Bentonville headquarters on Friday morning, according to a Walmart spokesperson.

Walmart announces 150 stores, the first new locations in years

In a statement, Walmart said, “We are aware of the situation and thankful there are no reported injuries. Our construction team and general contractor is engaged. We are following up with our contractors to ensure the proper safety measures are being prioritized now and in the future.”
