THAT IS WHERE SOMEONE FOUND A HUMAN BODY PART LATE LAST NIGHT. THE FAMILY OF A MISSING MILWAUKEE WOMAN JOINING THE SEARCH TODAY, UNCOVERING A NEW PIECE OF EVIDENCE. 12 NEWS REPORTER EMILY POFAHL ON WHAT THEY FOUND. MILWAUKEE POLICE SWARMING 31ST IN WALNUT EARLY SATURDAY MORNING, SEARCHING AFTER SOMEONE FOUND A HUMAN BODY PART IN THE PARK. IT’S A BLOCK AWAY FROM 30TH AND LISBON, WHERE WITNESSES SAY MPD AND THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE WERE INVESTIGATING A CAR FIRE EARLIER THIS WEEK. IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEBODY HAD STARTED IT. UM, NOTHING ELSE WAS SMOKING OUTSIDE THE CAR, SO IT STARTED IN THE INSIDE. THE CAR FIRE CONNECTED TO A MISSING PERSONS CASE. FAMILY MEMBERS OF 19 YEAR OLD CARLINA ROBINSON TELL 12 NEWS HER CAR WAS FOUND BURNT IN AN ALLEY THERE TUESDAY. SHE’S SCHEDULED TO GRADUATE NEXT MONTH. HER BIRTHDAY’S MAY 10TH. QADI SINA, THAT’S MY BABY. MILWAUKEE. POLICE OFFICERS INVESTIGATING AGAIN AT 31ST AND WALNUT SATURDAY NIGHT AFTER FAMILY SAYS NEW EVIDENCE MIGHT HAVE BEEN FOUND IN THE MISSING PERSON’S CASE AFTER HEARING ABOUT THE BODY PART IN THE PARK. ROBINSON’S FAMILY AND FRIENDS CAN CONDUCTED A SEARCH OF THEIR OWN, EVENTUALLY FINDING THIS BLANKET THAT FAMILY SAYS BELONGS TO ROBINSON. IN THE SAME AREA, THE BODY PART WAS FOUND WHEN THE CHILD SUPPORT TO HELP AND FIND MORE EVIDENCE. THANKS TO THESE PEOPLE OUT HERE, WE FOUND A LITTLE BIT MORE EVIDENCE, BUT WE STILL DON’T KNOW EVERYTHING. REPORTER MILWAUKEE POLICE HAVE NOT CONNECTED ROBINSON’S MISSING PERSONS CASE TO THE BODY PART FOUND, BUT FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE FEARING THE WORST. WHAT? YOU HAVE TO PREPARE FOR THE WORST AND PRAY FOR THE BEST AND WORST CASE SCENARIO IS NOT WITH US NO MORE. AND RIGHT NOW, I JUST WANT JUSTICE FOR THE PERSON THAT DID THIS TO HER, BECAUSE NO HUMAN DESERVES TO BE HAVE PARTS FOUND IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF WISCONSIN LIKE THIS. IN MILWAUKEE, EMILY POFAHL, WISN 12 NEWS. THIS IS THE SECOND BODY PART FOUND IN MILWAUKEE COUNTY THIS WEEK. ON TUESDAY, SOMEONE FOUND A SEVERED LEG ALONG LAKE MICHIGAN IN CUDAHY. INVESTIGATORS THEN SEARCHED A HOME NEAR 39TH IN OKLAHOMA FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS, CALLING IT A HOMICIDE CASE. SURVEILLANCE VIDEO SHOWS THE MOMENT POLICE GOT TO THE HOME LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON. INVESTIGATORS WERE IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE YESTERDAY. DEPUTIES DID ARREST A PERSON OF INTEREST THURSDAY. THEY DID NOT SAY IF THE TWO BODY PARTS ARE LINK

Milwaukee police were in the Walnut Hill neighborhood Saturday investigating

Milwaukee Police were back at the park near 31st Street and Walnut Street Sunday night, after someone found a human body part in the park late Friday night.Family members of 19-year-old Sade Carleena Robinson tell WISN 12 News family and friends were in the area searching for clues, when they found potential evidence linked to Sade's case. After that discovery, police officers came back to the area and put crime scene tape around the park, according to family. WISN 12 News cameras captured police at the park Sunday night, searching nearby train tracks. See previous story below: Milwaukee police surrounded a park near 31st Street and Walnut Street Friday and Saturday, after someone found a human body part in the park late Friday night. That park is one block away from 30th and Lisbon, where witnesses said Milwaukee police and the Milwaukee County sheriff's office were investigating a car fire earlier this week. "It looked like somebody had started it. Nothing else was smoking outside the car, so it started on the inside," said Patricia Newton-Powell, who saw the car on fire in the alley behind her home and called 911. According to Newton-Powell, the fire started at around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.The car fire may be connected to a missing persons case.Family members of 19-year-old Sade Carleena Robinson tell WISN 12 News her car was found burnt in an alley at 30th and Lisbon Tuesday.Robinson went missing Monday, April 1, according to Milwaukee police. Her family members believe she would not have gone off on her own."She was scheduled to graduate next month. Her birthday is May the 10th. Sade Sheena, that's my baby," said Sheena Scarbrough, Robinson's mother. After hearing about the body part found in the park at 31st and Walnut, Robinson's friends and family searched the area for hours Saturday afternoon. The group eventually found a blanket that the family said belonged to Robinson in the same area the body part was found. The find prompted Milwaukee police to come back out to 31st and Walnut to continue searching for evidence Saturday night."We need y'alls' support to help and find more evidence. Thanks to these people out here we found a little bit more evidence, but we still don't know everything," said David Scarbrough II, Robinson's uncle.Milwaukee police have not connected Robinson's missing persons case to the body part found, but friends and family fear the worst."You have to prepare for the worst, and pray for the best, and worst case scenario, Sade is not with us anymore. Right now, I just want justice from the person that did this to her because nobody deserves to have body parts found in different parts of Wisconsin like this," David Scarbrough II said.This is the second body part found in Milwaukee County this week. On Tuesday, April 2, someone found a severed leg along Lake Michigan in Cudahy. Investigators then searched a home near 39th and Oklahoma in Milwaukee for more than 24 hours, calling it a homicide case. Investigators were in and out of the house on Friday.Deputies arrested a person of interest in the severed leg case on Thursday.Both Milwaukee police and the Milwaukee County Sheriff's office have not said if the two body parts are linked, or if they're linked to Robinson's missing person case.Police tell WISN 12 News Robinson is still considered critically missing. She is about 5 feet tall, 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Robinson is possibly wearing a black coat, white-hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white shoes.Anyone with information is asked to call the Milwaukee Police Department, District 5, at 414-935-7252.

Milwaukee police surrounded a park near 31st Street and Walnut Street Friday and Saturday, after someone found a human body part in the park late Friday night.

That park is one block away from 30th and Lisbon, where witnesses said Milwaukee police and the Milwaukee County sheriff's office were investigating a car fire earlier this week.
