The Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College recently announced its 2024-2025 theater season.

“The upcoming season will be a series of firsts for the theater company,” said Producing Artistic Director Chris Sheley. “And every show on the main stage will lift up the stories of strong women.”

Kicking off the season in September is “Dial M for Murder,” which inspired filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock’s 1954 classic film, while “In Her Bones,” a new play by Jessica Kahkoska, will have its world premiere next year. The Andersen-inspired “The Little Mermaid” musical and “Sister Act,” a musical inspired by the same-named film, will round out the mainstage season

The second stage season features two children’s shows, including the FAC’s first bilingual children’s musical in November, “The City Dog and the Prairie Dog (El Perro de la Ciudad y el Perro de la Pradera).”

Season subscriptions are $97-$312 and go on sale Wednesday. Single tickets are $26-$63 for mainstage shows and $17-$27 for second stage shows and go on sale June 5. Call 719-634-5581 or go online to fac.coloradocollege.edu.
