The El Paso Police Department and Crime Stoppers of El Paso are asking for the community's help with identifying two men who were involved in a stabbing at a Westside bar in early March.

On Tuesday, March 5, at 9:30 p.m., the suspect entered Big Lou’s Icehouse at 7128 N. Mesa St. with someone else.

According to the EPPD, the suspect got into an argument with another customer inside the bar and ended up stabbing that person multiple times.

The suspect and the person he was with then fled the scene in a Chevrolet pickup truck, EPPD said.

The suspect who allegedly committed the stabbing has a heavy build and a beard, according to an EPPD description.

On the night of the stabbing, he was wearing a checkered shirt with a white undershirt, blue jeans and black athletic shoes with white stripes, according to surveillance photos.

EPPD described his friend as Hispanic with an average to thin build.

He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored pants, according to surveillance photos.

The victim was reportedly seriously wounded in this incident.

Anyone with any information on the identity of these men should call Crime Stoppers of El Paso immediately at 566-8477(TIPS) or online at www.cselpaso.org. You will remain anonymous, and if your tip leads to an arrest, you may qualify for a cash reward.
