VIDEO: Prince George’s County police release images of suspects in Woodlawn murder

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) released surveillance footage of suspects involved in the murder of a trash removal company employee last week.

Officers arrived at the scene of a shooting in the 6800 block of Greenvale Parkway at about 3:40 p.m. on April 4. In the roadway there, they found 30-year-old Idongesit Udosen of Lanham suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Friday, police released photos and videos of the people and car they believe were involved in the murder.

PGPD said the suspects were seen driving a gray Kia sedan in the area of Greenvale Parkway before the shooting. When a trash truck arrived at the scene, two people got out of the car and shot Udosen.

They then fled the area.

Preliminarily, investigators do not think this was a random crime.
