One of the men charged in a murder for hire plot that killed a Murrysville businessman appeared in court on Wednesday.
Only Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 was there as Jeremy Fisher walked out of the building in which he was facing a hearing on a charge of solicitation of criminal homicide.
That hearing was postponed until June.
In that case, Fisher is accused of engaging in an unsuccessful attempt to have Murrysville businessman George Dayieb killed last November.
In a separate case, Fisher, Braden Elliott, 20, and William Fortuna, 58, are accused of killing Dayieb in December.
All three men are scheduled to go on trial in that case later this year.
