Caledonia, N.Y. — A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash Saturday night on Avrill Road in Caledonia.

Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty confirmed there was a crash between a motorcycle and a deer sometime before 8 p.m.

Avrill Road near Quarry Road was shut down for a few hours, but has since reopened.

No further information has been released.
