Stars arrested so far this year (and it's only April!) - from Morgan Wallen and Zachery Tyler Bryan to Hailey Bieber's sister and Howard Stern's pal

It's only mid April, but still several big-name stars have already been put in handcuffs and taken into a police station while getting arrested.

Country music singer Morgan Wallen made headlines in early April when he threw a chair off the rood of a Nashville bar as sources claim he was suffering from heartbreak. He still earned 6 ACM nominations just days later.

Hailey Bieber's sister Alaia Baldwin got arrested after she threw a used feminine item at a bartender in a bar. She was taken in to face cops as the Biebers said little.

Austin North from the show Outer Banks had a scuffle in Las Vegas and he blamed it on his crippling anxiety issues.

Home Improvement star Zachery Tyler Bryan was also cuffed after a DUI in Riverside California.

Rapper Tekashi 69 was arrested for domestic violence.

More recently, a former colleague of Howard Stern beat her boyfriend so badly in the front seat of a car, she was cuffed.

With eight months left in the year, there is no telling what is next, but here is a look at what already happened to these luminaries that disrespected the law...

Country music star Morgan Wallen, 30, was arrested in early April after allegedly launching a chair from the sixth floor of a rooftop bar in Nashville

Country star Morgan Wallen could face a lengthy prison sentence after he was accused of throwing a chair off of the roof of a Nashville bar in early April which saw him subsequently charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment.

An arrest affidavit says the chair landed about 3 feet from officers, who talked to witnesses and reviewed security footage. Witnesses told officers that they watched Wallen pick up a chair, throw it over the roof and laugh about it.

Wallen, who was released after posting a $15,000 bond, is potentially looking at six years behind bars one legal expert told Fox News.

'The felony charges are the most serious ones and could land Wallen in jail for up to six years if he is prosecuted and convicted of those charges,' former New York prosecutor Rither Alabre told the network.

'The reckless endangerment counts could have been charged as misdemeanors, which would have made them less serious and exposed Wallen to a maximum of up to 11 months and 29 days in jail,' he added.

The incident led to allegations that Wallen was distraught after learning that his former fiancee, KT Smith, had secretly eloped.

'A reckless endangerment count can be charged as a class E felony if the alleged act was committed with a deadly weapon,' Alabre continued, noting the police claim that the chair landed close to officers and other revelers.

'For the charges of reckless endangerment, Wallen is facing not less than one year nor more than six years in prison.'

'It appears unlikely that the charges would be completely dismissed against Wallen because, according to some reports, the police reviewed video showing Wallen "lunging and throwing an object over the roof" and some witnesses claimed that they saw him throwing the chair,' Alabre added.

'Given those allegations, the next steps would be for Wallen’s lawyer to engage with prosecutors and try to resolve this matter with a plea to a lesser charge, either a misdemeanor or even possibly a lower charge where he would face little to no jail time,' the attorney went on.

On Monday, fellow country star John Rich took to Twitter with some advice for Wallen.

'I can't help but recall all the destructive, crazy things I did early on in my career,' Rich, who is one half of the duo Big & Rich, wrote.

'The combo of intense pressure, expectations and over the top success is a dangerous cocktail.'

'Thank God I had great mentors who helped guide me out of that mindset, and I hope Morgan has some people around him who care about him enough to help him find a new approach to life,' Rich wrote.

'It takes a lifetime to build what he’s built, and one second to destroy it all. I’m rooting for him to turn it around,' he concluded.

A fan responded to the original message saying: 'Fame makes some insane. Something is going on in his life. Surrounded by yes, friends don’t help.'

'It can be toxic,' Rich replied.

Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, confirmed the arrest late Sunday and said the singer was cooperating fully with authorities. He was released from custody, and has a court date scheduled May 3.

Wallen is one of the biggest names in contemporary country. His third studio album, 2023’s One Thing at a Time, was the most-consumed album in the U.S. last year.

It spent 16 weeks at the top of the Billboard 200 in 2023 — which meant he held the top spot for 30 percent of the year, more time at No. 1 than any other album since Adele’s 21 dominated over a decade ago.

It included several top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100: Last Night, You Proof, Thinkin’ Bout Me, Thought You Should Know and Don’t Think Jesus

In 2021, the country singer was suspended indefinitely from his label and saw his music pulled by radio stations and streaming services after video surfaced of him shouting a racial slur.

As a result, he was disqualified or limited from several award shows and received no Grammy nominations for his bestselling Dangerous: The Double Album.

In 2020, he was arrested on public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges after being kicked out of Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville.

At the time, Wallen posted on social media that he and some friends were 'horse-playing' after a few bar stops.

'We didn’t mean any harm, and we want to say sorry to any bar staff or anyone that was affected,' Wallen posted on X. 'Thank you to the local authorities for being so professional and doing their job with class. Love y’all.'

ALAIA BALDWIN, SISTER OF HAILEY BIEBER

Hailey Bieber's sister Alaia Baldwin Aronow was in March arrested following an alleged altercation with employees at a Georgia bar.

TMZ reports Alaia, 31, was arrested Saturday night after she allegedly became unruly at Club Elan, a bar in Savannah, Georgia.

Alaia is accused of assaulting three staffers at the bar and even throwing a used tampon at a bartender in the employee bathroom.

TMZ later reported that the bartender, Haliegh Cauley, plans to press charges against Baldwin over the incident, and she described her alleged interactions with Baldwin in an interview.

The owner of Club Elan called 911, claiming Alaia had gotten into a physical altercation with his employees and had refused to leave his business.

Employees claim Alaia entered the employees-only restroom, but was instructed not to use that particular bathroom. She was redirected to the public restroom instead.

However, she allegedly became belligerent and combative, and allegedly assaulted three employees.

She is accused of yanking the hair out of one security guard's head as he attempted to contain her. Another security guard also accused Alaia of kicking him in the groin when he tried restraining her.

The third employee, a female bartender, encountered Alaia when she attempted to enter the employee restroom.

She was allegedly informed Alaia would need a moment to vomit and change her tampon.

In an interview with TMZ, Cauley said she told Baldwin and her friends that they couldn't be in the employees' bathroom, before she noticed that there was 'throw-up filled to the top of the sink,' which seemed to make her feel nauseated just from recounting it.

The bartender claimed to have waited for some time before she returned to the bathroom to check on her.

When the employee entered the bathroom, however, she alleged that Alaia hit her with a tampon.

'I said, "Listen, you guys have got to go,"' Cauley recounted. She added that Baldwin had a 'scary' look in her eyes.

She claimed that Alaia replied, 'Do you not believe me? Do you want to see?'

Cauley claimed that the thrown tampon, which she noted was 'used,' made contact with her face after Baldwin allegedly threw it.

She also clarified that Baldwin did not throw the tampon. Instead, Cauley said that when Baldwin pulled it out she swung her arm up and the tampon touched her face, while apparently never leaving her grip.

Cauley added that she called security at that point, and she claimed that Baldwin began 'swinging' at the guards.

The bartender added that she thought Baldwin was intoxicated.

Security said they eventually were able to contain Alaia and remove her from the establishment.

In addition to pressing charges, Cauley said she planned to file a lawsuit against Baldwin 'because that's somebody's bodily fluid that touched me.'

'That's just not appropriate and that's very uncalled for, especially when somebody's trying to help you.'

Alaia, however, claimed to the responding officer she was acting in self-defense. TMZ reports she claimed the entire situation was being blown out of proportion.

She was ultimately arrested for numerous charges, and was booked for simple assault, simple battery, battery, and trespassing.

A police report obtained by E! reveals: 'Ms. Aronow stated she was forcefully removed from the club.

'She initially denied forcing her way into the bathroom, only stating she needed to use the restroom to throw up and change her tampon.'

The report also stated she 'initially denied throwing her used tampon' at the bartender but 'later stated she did throw it.'

The report also states she 'attempted to justify' her alleged physical disputes with the bouncers 'by stating she was defending herself.'

It also describes her alleged disputes with the employee, stating that Alaia could be seen in security footage 'forcing her way into the locked employee bathroom.'

The report described how in the bathroom Alaia told the bartender 'she needed to change her tampon and asked for a few minutes, which she was granted.'

The report added that several minutes later, when the bartender attempted to enter the restroom again, Alaia 'removed her tampon and threw it' at the employee. 'This is when security stepped in and removed the female from the club.'

'Aronow can be seen fighting and resisting the entire way outside,' the report states, adding the video 'clearly shows' Alaia 'grabbing and pulling' the hair of one security guard and 'hitting' another 'in the genitals.'

In a statement to TMZ, Alaia's attorney Drew Findling didn't appear to dispute any of his client's alleged actions.

'On February 24, 2024, Ms. Aronow traveled to Savannah, GA to celebrate the upcoming marriage of a close friend. Sadly, what should have been a celebratory girls night out, unfortunately took an unexpected turn,' he said.

'Ms. Aronow is embarrassed and saddened by the events of that night and is proactively taking the necessary steps to ensure that it never happens again,' Findling added.

A model, Alaia is a member of the famous Baldwin family. Her father is actor Stephen Baldwin and her younger sister Hailey is also a model.

She shares three-year-old daughter Iris with her husband of six years, Andrew Aronow.

The arrest comes after her father Stephen caused concern from fans after he asked for prayers for Hailey and her husband Justin Bieber.

On Monday, Stephen raised eyebrows when he reposted a video of Justin singing, which was shared by All Things Possible Ministries founder Victor Marx and captioned: 'Christians please when you think of Justin & Hailey, take a moment to offer a little prayer for them to have wisdom, protection, and draw close to the Lord.'

The evangelist wrote in the caption that his wife Eileen Marx and Hailey's mother Kennya Deodato Baldwin 'pray often together' for the married couple of five years.

'There are special challenges that folks in high visibility positions face and also the enemy doesn't want them to draw closer to Jesus,' Victor wrote.

'So often regardless of the material things or the accolades they often face spiritual warfare that intense and seeks to ship-wreck their faith, marriage, and life in general. So thank you.' The post has since been deleted by Marx.

KILLER MIKE

Rapper Killer Mike WAS taken away from the Grammys in handcuffs following a 'physical altercation' after winning three awards.

The 48-year-old rapper, known for his work as a member of rap duo Run The Jewels, won Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for his solo song 'Scientists & Engineers,' and the Best Rap Album for Michael.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department told DailyMail.com that a man was being questioned, but they could not confirm his identity. TMZ reported he has been booked for battery on a citizen's arrest.

'At 4pm an adult male was taken into custody for a physical altercation that took place inside the arena,' the spokesman said, explaining that the 'altercation' happened moments before the person was arrested. TMZ reported that Killer Mike scuffled with a security guard.

'Right now, the preliminary investigation is: he is being investigated for battery,' the spokesman said.

'He will not be identified until he is arrested and charged, if he is.'

Video obtained by TMZ showed the rapper appearing to get into an argument with security guards as he walked in the rain outside - with someone carrying an umbrella over his head.

TMZ reported that, moments before the clip was filmed, Killer Mike knocked a security guard down as he was trying to leave.

In the footage, the rapper appears to be trying to get past the security team, and security seems to be attempting to block him. There appeared to be a fierce dispute, and the rapper shoved a security guard on the shoulder while trying to walk around him.

A moment later, the rapper is seen being handcuffed.

As the rapper, born Michael Santiago Render, was brought back into the arena for questioning, someone yelled: 'Free Mike!'

The rapper has yet to comment on the arrest.

Killer Mike is well known for his political activism. He was a vocal supporter of Bernie Sanders, and endorsed Democrat senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock for his home state of Georgia.

Before he was handcuffed, the Atlanta-born star was backstage reminiscing on his path to Grammy stardom.

'The only thing that limits your age is not being truthful about your age or what you're doing,' he told the assembled media.

'At 20 years old, I thought it was cool to be a drug dealer. At 40, I started to live with the regrets and the things I've done. At 45, I started to rap about it. At 48, I stand here as a man full of empathy and sympathy for the things I've done.'

ZACHERY TY BRYAN

Home Improvement star Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested for a DUI in California in February, just months after he served seven days in jail and was sentenced to 36 months of supervised probation for assaulting his ex-girlfriend

The actor, who played one of Tim Allen's sons on the blockbuster ABC sitcom from 1991 to 1999, has spent the last several years in legal trouble related to domestic violence.

Bryan's latest alleged domestic violence incident came just a month after he claimed that his previous arrest in 2020 was a 'wake-up call' as he tries to rebuild his life.

A spokesperson for the Riverside County Sheriff's Office said that at 2:36am Saturday, Bryan faced a traffic stop from deputies with the La Quinta Police Department after his vehicle was suspected of being involved in a recent traffic accident.

He showed 'indications of impairment' when police interviewed him and he was arrested for driving under the influence, having committed prior offenses.

Bryan, 42, was booked into John Benoit Detention Center at around 5am Saturday. He posted $50,000 in bail later that date, according to county prison records.

His next court date is scheduled for April 23.

In October, the actor plead guilty to felony assault in the fourth degree constituting domestic violence in an Oregon court.

As part of a negotiated resolution, according to The Hollywood Reporter, a second count was dismissed, and rather than him spending '19 to 20 months' in Oregon Department of Corrections, he received a 'downward dispositional departure' to three years of supervised probation and just a week in jail.

Bryan was also forced to 'abide by a set of conditions typical of domestic violence cases' that include 'no contact with the victim without the probation officer's approval, alcohol and substance abuse treatment, and no alcohol and drug use moving forward.'

'Mr. Bryan decided to accept this resolution and admit that he recklessly caused physical injury to his domestic partner to avoid further trauma to his family so they could move on and heal,' Lane County's Chief Deputy District Attorney Chris Parosa said in a statement at the time.

If he violates any conditions of his parole, the actor will have to serve '19 to 20 months of prison time that the court suspended under the deal.'

While speaking about his client's guilty plea, Bryan's lawyer told The Wrap: 'He believes this is the manner he could best resolve this to avoid further trauma to his family.'

Last summer, he was arrested for fourth-degree felony assault in Eugene, Oregon for getting physical with a woman, who was not named by authorities.

Bryan was charged with a pair of felonies and a misdemeanor in connection with the July incident: assault, robbery and harassment.

In October of 2020, Bryan was arrested on accusations he assaulted and strangled his fiancée Johnnie Faye Cartwright, and in February 2021, he entered guilty pleas to two misdemeanor domestic violence charges in connection with the incident.

Cartwright, who got engaged to the actor in November of 2021, shares three young children with him: one-year-old daughter Kennedy, and five-month-old twins Parker and Sequoia.

The latest charge appears to indicate that he is accused of attacking someone who had previously obtained a domestic violence restraining order, though the alleged victim has not yet been named.

Members of the Eugene Police Department told TMZ that police received a call about a physical altercation between and man and a woman at a local residence.

'Mr. Bryan decided to accept this resolution and admit that he recklessly caused physical injury to his domestic partner to avoid further trauma to his family so they could move on and heal,' Lane County's Chief Deputy District Attorney Chris Parosa told THR in a statement (seen in 2016)

However, once officers responded to the scene Bryan was nowhere to be found.

They reportedly were able to track him down, though, and he was transported to the jail and booked on the felony assault charge.

It remains unclear if his fiancée Cartwright, who was the target of his 2020 attack, was also the victim of the recent alleged altercation.

He later plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of menacing and assault in the fourth degree and was sentenced to a three-year probation and attendance in a violence intervention program, and was ordered to have no further contact with the victim.

Bryan said at the time he now tries to stay away from alcohol, and he and Cartwright were still together and were now raising their children.

He rose to national fame in the 1990s as the eldest child on Home Improvement, which also starred Tim Allen and future teen heartthrob Jonathan Taylor Thomas.

After the show ended in 1999, Bryan turned to film roles and earned guest spots on television shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Boston Public and Veronica Mars.

DARIUS RUCKER

Hootie & the Blowfish singer Darius Rucker was arrested in February on misdemeanor drug charges in Tennessee.

The 57-year-old musical artist 'is fully cooperating with authorities,' according to his lawyer per TMZ, which initially broke news of his arrest.

Rucker, whose hits include Hold My Hand, Only Wanna Be with You and Let Her Cry, was booked into custody in his native Williamson County in connection with three misdemeanor charges, two of them drug-related, the outlet reported.

The three-time Grammy-winner was booked in connection with three separate charges, TMZ reported, including a pair of counts of simple possession/casual exchange of a controlled substance; and a violation over his vehicle's registration.

Rucker was transported to a jail facility at 10 a.m. PT Thursday and bonded out and released at around 11 a.m., the outlet reported. According to WZTV, Rucker's bond had been set at $10,500.

Rucker, who has reinvented himself as a country singer in recent years, spoke candidly about his past experience with substance abuse in a May 2013 interview with the Los Angeles Times

'Doing drugs and drinking every night - I've done that,' he told the newspaper at the time. 'Trust me, I've done enough for everybody. And it's just not how I want to live anymore.'

Rucker was involved in another drug-related controversy more than two years ago, when he commented on his ex-girlfriend Kate Quigley, 42, after she had been hospitalized in critical condition after a nearly-fatal overdose that took the lives of three other people.

In the September 4, 2021 incident, comedians Fuquan Johnson and Enrico Colangeli  and a woman Natalie Williamson died after consuming what authorities said was cocaine laced with fentanyl at a home near Venice Beach, California.

Following the incident, Rucker appeared on the red carpet at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas and told People that Quigley was 'doing okay' and 'coming out of that.'

Quigley slammed Rucker for commenting publicly on the incident without bothering to call her and see how she was doing.

Quigley, who has since gone on to described the deadly incident in detail, said in a September 11, 2021 tweet, 'Hi Darius, Could u plz refrain from making public comments about my health or well-being since u haven't called once to see how i'm doing & have no clue? Thanks Boo Boo!!!'

In another tweet, Quigley said that it 'stung' when she heard Rucker had made the public remarks without seeing how she was doing. The comedian added: 'He's probably writing a song about me called, Let Her Die.'

The pair announced their split in a joint statement, saying, 'We remain close friends and parenting partners and continue to be each other’s biggest cheerleaders. Our priority will always be our beautiful family.

'We have so much love in our hearts for each other and will continue to encourage growth and expansion in one other. Please be kind as we take on this journey, and we thank you for your love and support always.'

 AUSTIN NORTH

Actor Austin North was arrested in February in Las Vegas in connection with accusations he physically attacked multiple medical workers in the emergency room of UMC Hospital after suffering what he described as 'a severe anxiety attack.'

Police in Las Vegas told TMZ that officers had responded to reports of an assault and battery that had occurred.

Authorities told the outlet that they subsequently interviewed multiple people who claimed the 27-year-old actor had attacked them, with no conflict preceding the outburst.

Two nurses and a phlebotomist told law enforcement that the Cincinnati native 'came out of nowhere' with the physical attack, in which he threw punches.

One nurse said that North, who plays the role of Topper Thornton on Netflix's Outer Banks, punched them in the head, while another said he shoved their face.

The phlebotomist said that North had pushed them into a table, at which point they grabbed a tray and hit the actor in the head with it, in an act of defending themselves.

Police said that as security officers tried to restrain North, he had attacked someone else, the outlet reported.

Security was finally able to restrain the actor when they had used handcuffs to secure North to a stretcher on the premises.

Police who responded to the scene then read North his Miranda rights and informed him he was being arrested in connection with battery.

North affirmed that he understood what was happening, police said.

The actor was then transported to a jail facility and booked in connection with gross misdemeanor battery, posing for a mug shot.

North, who has also been seen on shows such as I Didn't Do It and All Night, bonded out of the facility.

The actor took to Instagram Stories Thursday evening to address what had happened with a statement, in which he said he dealt with a medical emergency prior to the incident, which he barely remembers.

'I am deeply upset by the events that took place in Las Vegas this past week,' he said. 'My friend drove me to the hospital because I thought I was having a heart attack.'

North said that at the medical facility, 'Several tests were taken, including blood, which came back negative for any drugs or alcohol in my system,' as he said he was  'having a severe anxiety attack.'

North said he barely remembered the events described by authorities, has a high opinion of hospital staffers, and hopes to use the experience as a springboard to enlightening others on anxiety, and how it impacts the people who suffer from it.

'I have very little memory of the events that day at the hospital,' he said. 'I have the utmost respect for healthcare workers and hospital staff.

'I have battled anxiety on and off for years and this was the most extreme panic attack I've ever had. Going forward, I hope to shed light on this debilitating disorder and send hope to those who have also struggled.'

TEKASHI 69

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has been arrested in the Dominican Republic on charges of domestic violence.

The 27-year-old, whose real name is Daniel Hernández, was held at a jail in the capital of Santo Domingo, where he was arrested in January, officials said.

No further details were immediately available, and it wasn't immediately clear if Hernández has an attorney.

The rapper will appear in front of a judge on Thursday to find out if he will have to remain behind bars or be freed on bond as the investigation continues.

The arrest is Hernández's latest brush with the law.

He was arrested at a seaside hotel in the Dominican Republic in October after being accused of assaulting a local music producer.

Hernández and his partner, a Dominican rapper known as Yailín la Más Viral, had been recording at the producer's studio.

He was also previously accused in the U.S. of using a violent gang as a 'personal hit squad,' but he avoided prison after providing testimony against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, which operate in the U.S. East Coast.

In March 2023, he was assaulted by several people at a gym in Florida.

Tekashi 6ix9ine had a multiplatinum hit song, 'Fefe,' with Nicki Minaj in 2018. It peaked at No. 3 on the pop charts.

In 2015, Hernandez pleaded guilty to a count of use of a child in a sexual performance and received a four-year probation period.

And then in 2018, he was arrested on racketeering and other weapons and drug charges - leaving him facing a minimum of 47 years in prison.

No further details were immediately available about his new arrest, and it wasn't immediately clear if Hernández has an attorney

But prosecutors cut him a deal, which caught the ire of the whole rap world.

The rapper pleaded guilty to nine charges - including conspiracy to commit murder - and was sentenced to two years in prison instead.

But in April 2020, because of the pandemic, he was allowed out of jail and was put on house arrest because he had asthma. He finished his sentence in August 2020.

A YouTuber and former Howard Stern show personality was arrested for battery in mid April for beating her boyfriend in a car.

She apologized after a video of her smacking her boyfriend went viral, telling DailyMail.com: 'It sucks I got so sad and angry.'

Elisa Ann Schwartz, who goes by the pseudonym Elisa Jordana, posted a livestream to YouTube as she drove through Palm Beach County, Florida.

During the broadcast, she and a man described as her boyfriend - who has not yet been named - were wrapped up in a violent altercation, with Schwartz repeatedly punching him as she confronted him about an alleged infidelity. The dramatic footage shows her smacking the man in the face and threatening him. He retaliates, grabbing her head and chasing after her on the road, before returning to the car and turning off the livestream.

Hours after the video was uploaded, Schwartz was arrested by the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office and charged with felony battery.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, the influencer apologized for her actions and insisted she had misrepresented herself.

'I just want to say I’m so sorry for what I portrayed on my livestream that everyone saw,' Schwartz said.

'This is not what I want to give to the world and it sucks that I got into such a sadness and anger - it was a really negative representation of who I am.

'I’m going to do everything I can to have better relationships with people that are good for me, and people that I’m also good for.'

She deemed the controversy and subsequent arrest 'the most challenging time of my life,' adding, 'if I can get through this time I will definitely be proud'.

The two-hour-plus livestream had garnered more than 150,000 views on YouTube at the time of writing.

The couple's dramatic fight stemmed from a confrontation over the man's alleged unfaithful behavior.

Earlier in the stream, Schwartz cried about the man sending thousands of dollars to another woman. Violence unfolded after the woman, identified only as Sara, called in.

Schwartz threatened to leak Sara's nudes and phone number online, which the other woman begged her not to do.

Her boyfriend attempted to weigh in, which prompted the streamer to punch him repeatedly in the arm and shoulder.

'Sara, I'm sorry about this,' he said, prompting Schwartz to strike him in the face with an open palm.

'Don't f***ing talk,' she barked.

The man lobbed insults at her while attempting to explain to viewers that she had discovered the texts between him and Sara in the middle of a couples therapy session.

As the conversation with Sara dragged on, Schwartz proclaimed that her boyfriend had described his mistress as a 'dumb Mexican' who had a child at 16.

She then grabbed her boyfriend's ear, which triggered him to grab her hair and drag her head into the passenger seat.

'Pull over dumb c***,' the man repeated, grabbing at the steering wheel, as Schwartz screamed, apologized and wailed that he was killing her.

The man instructed his alleged mistress to call 911 before forcing Schwartz out of the car.

She appeared to run toward a vehicle that had stopped on the highway as her boyfriend climbed into the driver's seat and promptly ended the live stream.

The video was posted to Schwartz's YouTube page on Monday with the title 'Not Doing Good,' followed by her call-in number.

Following her arrest, a mugshot began to circulate online, only stoking the controversy.

Before finding notoriety online, Schwartz spent six years working for the Howard Stern show as a writer and even made occasional appearances on the show.

She was in a well-documented relationship with comedian and actor Benjy Bronk for years before she moved to Los Angeles.

In 2021, she was briefly in a relationship with, and temporarily engaged to, comedian Andy Dick.
